No, our products are exclusive to Fairmont Reed. However, we do collaborate with interior designers.
Depending on the products you have ordered, you can typically expect to wait around 6 weeks before your order is delivered. We will keep in touch with you throughout the process.

Yes, someone will need to be at the property to sign for it and advise on the positioning of your order, as our products are extremely heavy.

As standard, they come in Satin Black. However, we can spray the metal legs to any RAL colour required.
The maximum length is 4M dependinhg on the material you have selected.

Once we start manufacturing your items, changing the order will not be possible. Fees may also apply if bespoke materials have been cut/ordered. Please refer to our terms & conditions.
What are the terms of the warranty?
The product warranty is 2 years as of the product invoicing date.
What defects are covered by warranty?
The warranty covers products’ compliance defects, that is, all the original defects occurring in the course of 24 months, excluding defects that come out, for instance, as a consequence of non-compliance with the care instructions provided or due to accidental hits, stains, bad maintenance, etc. The legal warranty is invalid if the end users have caused the damage after the delivery.
What happens if the warranty expires?
If the warranty expires, from a legal point of view, we, as the Manufacturer, are no longer obliged to proceed with free-of-charge product reparation or replacement.
Who shall provide the warranty for the products I purchased?
Fairmont Reed shall provide the legal warranty.
